A Recommender System to Help Refining Clinical Research Studies

The process of refining the research question in a medical study depends greatly on current background investigated subject. information found prior works can directly impact several stages study, namely cohort definition stage. Besides previous published methods, researchers could also leverage other materials, such as output selection tools, to enrich and accelerate their own work. However, this kind is not always captured by search engines. In paper, we present methodology, based combination content-based retrieval text annotation techniques, identify relevant scientific publications related selected data sources.
